Information We Collect
We only collect information about you if we have a reason to do so – for example, to provide our Services, communicate with you, or to make our Services better. Third Party Disclosure
Please note that our websites may include links to third-party websites whose privacy practices may differ from our privacy practices. If you submit personal information to any of those websites, your information is governed by the privacy policies on those websites. We encourage you learn about the privacy practices of those third parties. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Credit card transactions are also processed using Stripe.com, a secure third party payment company. When using your credit card to purchase our product, you may be redirected to their secure third party gateway in the form of an iframe popup. The information you provide for payment will be stored on their secure servers. We do not store any payment information on our servers for your protection.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old. We will never knowingly collect or store any personal information about children under the age of 13, and our website is not designed to collect any personal information from children under age 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately removed from any access. Because we do not collect such information, we have no such information to use or to disclose to third parties. This policy has been designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
How We Use Information
We use personal information mainly to provide the Services and contact you regarding account activities, product offerings, or other communications relevant to the Services; and for other legitimate business purposes such as: to provide and fulfill our Services, to process you transactions, to personalize your experience using our Services, to communicate with you and provide you with information, to better service you in responding to your customer service requests, to ask for ratings and reviews of our products, to provide you with offers, to monitor and analyze trends to better understand how users interact with our website, and to improve and further develop our website, features, products and services. We do not sell, trade, or rent our users’ private personal information.

Complying with Legal Process

In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, or in the unlikely event that ICC Tech goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would likely be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. We reserve the right to disclose or transfer your personal information to companies who are affiliated with us at our sole discretion.
Security and Retention of Information
While no online service is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction; and take reasonable measures to do so, such as making sure only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by you, processing payments through an external PCI compliant payment gateway so that no transactions are stored or processed on our servers, and allowing all sensitive information you supply to be encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Notwithstanding such measures, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent our computers from being illegally accessed, and the individual information on them stolen or altered.

Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. We make it easy for you to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date. You can ensure your contact information is accurate, complete and up to date by logging into your account. For other personal information we hold, we will provide you with access for any purpose including to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if we are not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes.
