Purpose of the Privacy Policy

ICC Tech (“us”, “we” or “our”) offers this website and webpages as a form of information and purchase of ICC Water Clarifier. Throughout this Privacy Policy we will refer to our website and e-commerce shop as “Services.”

Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person. This Privacy Policy provides information on our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive when you use our Services. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our Services or respond to any queries you may have.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after any changes in this Privacy Policy will constitute your consent to such change. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us.

Information We Collect

We only collect information about you if we have a reason to do so – for example, to provide our Services, communicate with you, or to make our Services better. At various times, you could be asked to provide information including personal contact details and information related to your purchases or demographic.

Anonymous Information

Anonymous Information refers to information that cannot be tied back to a specific individual. For instance, we may know how many people have visited this Privacy Policy, but we do not necessarily know their names, where they live, or their date of birth. Some of the individuals who access our Services decline to use the personalization features, such as purchasing ICC Water Clarifier, and therefore these individuals are anonymous to us and the only data we collect about them is anonymous information.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to improve our product and services, to administer the website, to track users movements around the website and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may link some of this automatically-collected data to certain Personally Identifiable Information.

Such information may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, mobile provider, operating system, browser type, websites visited before and after you visit our website, pages viewed and activities at our website. We use this information to provide our Services to you, as well as get insight on how people use our Services, so we can make our Services better.

Personally Identifiable Information

Personally Identifiable Information refers to information that tells us specifically who you are, such as your name, email address, or phone number. Purchasing, logging in or contacting us may allow us to “recognize” you to allow us to personalize our Services for you.

When you set up an account with us, we will ask you for some basic information, such as your first and last name, company name, and email address. If you purchase from us, you will provide additional personal and payment information that is required to process the transaction and your payment, such as your credit card information, shipping details, billing details, and contact information. You may review and update this personally identifiable information by logging in and editing such information in your dashboard. If you decide to delete all of your information, we may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for reasonable business purposes. You may also provide us with additional information when you participate in a survey, communicate with our support, provide us with feedback, or post a question.

This data may be combined with other information that we collect and use for the purposes described in this privacy statement. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not rent or sell your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties.

If you send a “Do Not Track” request through your web browser, we may still collect and use your browsing data to improve security, to provide our Services and to generate reporting statistics, but in general we will not track other websites that you may have visited.

Third Party Disclosure

Some Personally Identifiable Information may be provided to intermediaries and third parties who assist us with the Services, but who may make no use of any information other than to assist us in providing the Services. We may collect information from other sources, including contact lists and demographic information from third parties. This data may be combined with other information that we collect and use for the purposes described in this privacy statement. We may release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety. Except if we provide users with advance notice, or otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information with outside parties. However, Anonymous Information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Please note that our websites may include links to third-party websites whose privacy practices may differ from our privacy practices. If you submit personal information to any of those websites, your information is governed by the privacy policies on those websites. We encourage you learn about the privacy practices of those third parties. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old. We will never knowingly collect or store any personal information about children under the age of 13, and our website is not designed to collect any personal information from children under age 13.
